.India .<\/p><p>The BC\u2013India Business Network (BC-IBN, Canada) and the Indo Continental Trade &amp; Entrepreneurship Promotion Council (ICTEP, India) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote closer economic, entrepreneurial, and cultural cooperation between British Columbia and India.<\/p><p>The MoU was signed by Ms. Sobhana Jaya Madhavan, President (India), BC-IBN, and Mr. U.S. Kutty, Secretary General, ICTEP Council on August 30, 2025 in the presence of Dr T Vinayakumar , Chairman, ICTEP K .Ravindran, Director ( Communications ) &amp; NM Nasif , Director .<\/p><p>The agreement provides a framework for collaboration in areas such as trade promotion, knowledge exchange, co-hosting events, and supporting entrepreneurs, startups, and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs\/NRKs) in accessing new opportunities .<br>The MoU is non-binding in nature and reflects the shared intent of both organizations to act in good faith and pursue common objectives.<\/p><figure
