Indo Continental Trade & Entrepreneurship Promotion Council (ICTEP Council )

Indo Continental Trade & Entrepreneurship Promotion Council (ICTEP Council ) team consist of Dr T Vinayakumar Chairman, U S Kutty Secretary General, Georgee Kochupurakkal ( G K ), And K Ravindran, Directors had a wonderful brainstorming session in Mumbai with HE Victor Nyagaya, Chief Executive Officer of the Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB) in Kenya, leading socio-economic development across 14 counties. Based in Kisumu, he holds a strategic role focused on resource mobilization, regional investment, and partnerships in sectors such as agriculture and the blue economy.

And Dr Senorita Issac, the Trade Commissioner appointed by the Latin American Caribbean Trade Council. She works to strengthen bilateral trade and economic diplomacy between India and the Latin American/Caribbean regions.

She holds several high-profile roles that span social work, international relations, health and education.
Deliberations centered on strengthening bilateral trade, promoting entrepreneurship, and fostering investment across key sectors including media & entertainment.

BC–India Business Network and ICTEP Council Sign MoU to Enhance Bilateral Cooperation at Kochi .India .

The BC–India Business Network (BC-IBN, Canada) and the Indo Continental Trade & Entrepreneurship Promotion Council (ICTEP, India) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote closer economic, entrepreneurial, and cultural cooperation between British Columbia and India.

The MoU was signed by Ms. Sobhana Jaya Madhavan, President (India), BC-IBN, and Mr. U.S. Kutty, Secretary General, ICTEP Council on August 30, 2025 in the presence of Dr T Vinayakumar , Chairman, ICTEP K .Ravindran, Director ( Communications ) & NM Nasif , Director .

The agreement provides a framework for collaboration in areas such as trade promotion, knowledge exchange, co-hosting events, and supporting entrepreneurs, startups, and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs/NRKs) in accessing new opportunities .
The MoU is non-binding in nature and reflects the shared intent of both organizations to act in good faith and pursue common objectives.
